Returns & Cancellations
If within the first 15 after delivery you are unsatisfied, returning your order is as easy as contacting us and beginning the return process. Due to the nature of our product(s) being custom made, Items may only be returned for store credit or exchange.
Sabers that include a custom finish, wrap or a saber built with our exclusive Saber Builder™ are non-returnable.
Returning your order
In order to send in your return, it must be authorised by our return staff. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "Return Request [Your Order Number]" for approval. Your order number can be found on your order confirmation or any update emails that we have sent you regarding the order (such as tracking). If you no longer have your order number, please include the email address and first and last name used for the order in your email.
Returns must be in pristine condition to be eligible for exchange. Shipping is covered by the buyer
All orders are custom made and production begins within 24 hours after an order is placed (immediately after processing). Orders including in stock items at time of purchase cannot be cancelled unless the order has not been process.
If you have placed an order and it has not shipped by the final date of the lead time provided, you may request a cancellation for a full refund. This does not apply to delays caused by government required shut downs as these conditions are out of our control.
Cancelling your order
To cancel your order, please email email@example.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request [Your Order Number ]". Your order number can be found on order invoice or in previous order emails.
