Orders & Shipping

In Stock

We make everything to order, which lets us give you guys all the customising options possible! When we have everything we need to make a product, it will be classed as 'in stock', however this means that the product does still need to be made and is subject to our lead times.

Out of Stock

If a product is marked 'out of stock' it means we do not have the materials to make the product at that given time. Most of the time, this means you will not be able to add that product to your cart, but sometimes you can place it on a pre-order so you will be the first to get the product when we do have the materials available. Pre-orders will usually provide an additional estimated lead time.

Processing

Once you have placed your order, we will start making your order and arrange delivery with our relevant courier (DHL or FedEx, depending on the order destination). The processing phase begins within 24 hours of your order being placed, at which point we cannot provide an order cancellation.

Order changes

It can be possible to make order changes, although they are not guaranteed. If you do need to make a change to your order, please email us as soon as you can and we will try to update your order. To avoid any issues with your order, we recommend checking over all of your order details when placing the order and checking your order confirmation to double check all information provided is correct and accurate.

Lead Times

Quality is everything to us, every last detail and material used goes towards making our products the best looking, most durable pieces in the galaxy. To achieve this, orders are handmade with care.

There are a few things that can influence our lead times, such as:

  • Volume of Orders
  • Time of Year (Holiday Seasons, etc)
  • Materials Available (as mentioned in 'Out Of Stock')

Our lead times can change, but they generally stay pretty consistent and will always be stated here. Lead time is the time it takes for us to make your order and for a tracking number to be allocated by the courier (the courier may have your order for a few days before a tracking number is provided).

Our current estimated lead time is:

  • Normal orders: 4 - 7 weeks
  • Saber Builder™ Orders: 4 - 7 weeks

Promotions & Offers

Sales can not be applied to an order that has already been placed, cannot be combined with previous offers and discounts cannot be combined (i.e. you cannot apply multiple discount codes to one order or use a quantity discount and a discount code together). However, if there was an error while placing your order, or a discount code was entered but no discount was applied, please contact us as soon as possible. Shipping costs, applied taxes or any other additional costs do not count towards giveaway rewards.

Shipping

We ship all of our orders with DHL and FedEx, unless the destination is in a remote location, at which point we may use alternative couriers who may or may not provide tracking. All DHL and FedEx orders will always have tracking details provided. Note that Shipping Times are additional to Lead Times.

There are a few things that can influence our shipping times, such as:

  • External Irregular Influences (such as the Covid-19 outbreak)

Our shipping times are the same across the world, with current estimated shipping times of:

  • 4 - 12 days

Additional Information

Customers are responsible for paying import tax or duties and should be advised that most countries have an import process that includes a customs inspection, at which point an import tax charge may be requested by the courier. You should be notified by the courier if this is required, although we advise that all customers keep an eye on their order status via the tracking number provided. If you are contacted regarding any import tax/duty you need to respond otherwise your order will be lost/destroyed and we will not issue a refund on this basis. But, if you contact us at info@saberzonecosplay.com you might be eligible for a replacement to be sent although replacements for this is rare and not guaranteed.
