From questions about our sabers themselves through to general queries about shipping, returns and deliveries, we often receive the same common questions from customers. To make things easy, we've collected them all below. If you can't find an answer to one of your questions on this page just drop us an email.
Can I duel with my saber?
We're proud to supply lightsabers for duelling to customers around the world, with our products made from riot-grade polycarbonate and aluminium to offer robust durability. Our products are so robust that they meet all LudoSport regulations - the only official saber duelling organisation in the world.
Does my saber come with a warranty?
Our sabers come with a 1 year replacement warranty which is provided on all of our sabers unless stated otherwise (check on the product page itself to be sure). As long as your saber has not been tampered with, we can repair or replace if it breaks.
Are your sabers legit?
All of our products are shipped around the world to customers who leave us great reviews and a less than 1% return rate - and we have invested in our own unique Saber Builder™ which offers a true duel-ready experience. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a great returns policy. As a company, we are registered as a LTD business with the UK Government. So yes, we're as legit as it gets.
Do I need to buy different lightsaber crystals to change colour?
No! All of our sabers offer easy colour changing built-in. All you need to do is click a button to change colour.
How do lightsabers work?
In the Star Wars universe, they're an elegant weapon built by the Jedi and manipulated only by force-sensitive individuals. In our world, our lightsabers work via USB charging, with SFX and flash-on-clash included for an authentic saber-wielding experience.
Do you make replica or star wars fx lightsabers from the movies?
No. We are not affiliated with Lucas ltd. or Disney and we will not make Star Wars replica light sabers from any of the movies, video games, comic books. Our designs, colours and sounds do not match anything used the films, games, comics or any other media.
